Working with iHus across brand refinement, social strategy and creative direction, the focus was on strengthening their position as garden annexe experts and advocates for new models of living.
The visual identity and tone of voice were refreshed to nurture their community and translate that into engaging content. Alongside this, collaboration with sales, product design and leadership helped polish their customer experience through website functionality, a refreshed brochure, social creative and internal communications.
The impact
This direction positioned iHus as more than product providers, but as cultural voices challenging perceptions around care, lifestyle and financial choices. Press features in Ideal Home and Good Housekeeping amplified their message, while TikTok reach grew significantly and social engagement resulted in consultations.
The result was a stronger brand presence that not only resonated with their audience but also reframed iHus as a disruptor in the conversation around multigenerational living.
